  This 2 hour MCE course will familiarize the real estate professional with all the
major changes to the HUD-1 settlement statement and Good Faith Estimate.
Topics that are covered in this class include: Reasons for change in New HUD-1 and GFE Lender Expectations & Level of Service Acceptable Turnaround Times
Close coordination between clients, realtors, lenders and settlement service
provides will be imperative as these new forms and procedures are implemented.
