A special Thank You to Mr. Ron Walker and Ms. Denis Whisenant of The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M for a great class at Metro Tex in Dallas. The new MCE Broker Responsibility course was very informative.  Needless to say, it is always enjoyable to attend any class in which Ron Walker is the instructor. It was good to see Peggy Santmyer, Jerry Rutledge, Bob Baker, Karen Benderman, and many other dear friends.
