Payment is due at time of enrollment. The enrollment cost must be paid in full one day prior to scheduled class date. The cost of each real estate course includes tuition and required textbooks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds will be granted if student cancels (2) days before scheduled classes. Otherwise a 20% materials fee will be deducted. In case of insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or instructor cancellation, a full refund will be issued or credit applied for future classes. Students must attend entire class to receive full credit. MCE Providers of North Texas does not participate in partial credit.
You must have your real estate license number with you when registering (and on site) to receive MCE credit for taking this course. Please email, if you are disabled or require special assistance. (Please include a written description of your needs in the comment box.)
