Payment is due attime of enrollment. The enrollment cost must be paid in full one dayprior to scheduled class date. The cost of each realestate course includes tuition and required textbooks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds will begranted if student cancels (2) days before scheduled classes. Otherwisea 20% materials fee will be deducted. In case of insufficientenrollment, inclement weather, or instructor cancellation, a fullrefund will be issued or credit applied for future classes. Studentsmust attend entire class to receive full credit. MCE Providers of NorthTexas does not participate in partial credit.
